Getting used to training

Ahhh since my great 4th of July Freedom run. I have been getting used to my marathon training schedule which  had me going from running 3 times a week to 5. Wow a difference 2 days can make. even though they are lower mileage run, this week they were 5 and 3, my body has needed to adjust.  I have just been tired. Ahh yes that is when I am feeling the age — so this is what 40 feels like? That is what I was thinking this week when feeling a bit tired with the training schedule.–Then I read that this weekend was the 40th birthday of Sofia Vegara–what?==Oh hell yes if that is what 40 is like then bring it! I am thinking my body will work through it and get used to the additional two days== Only time will tell
